Each year, Scenic Jacksonville is proud to support one Bill Brinton Scholar to work as an environmental legal intern under the direction of the Public Trust Environmental Legal Institute. The Public Trust Law hires students from law schools or undergraduate programs to work on real life assignments.
The program was created in honor and memory of William D. “Bill” Brinton, Scenic Jacksonville’s founder and one of Northeast Florida’s most effective attorney advocates for environmental protection.
