JACKSONVILLE, Florida (April 14, 2026) –Scenic Jacksonville Board President Bill Hoff, Jr. announced today that Litsa Dawkins has been named executive director, succeeding Nancy Powell, who retires on April 17th.

Dawkins brings over a decade of experience across the legal and commercial real estate sectors. In her prior role at NAI Hallmark, she served as Director of Operations, where she led strategic business and people operations, change management, and initiatives that drove organizational effectiveness and community impact.
Her nonprofit experience includes fundraising, event and volunteer initiatives with Dreams Come True, Brooks Foundation, Keep Jacksonville Beautiful, and Public Trust Environmental Legal Institute of Florida. A native of Jacksonville, Dawkins graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
