We are excited to announce Scenic Jacksonville’s 6th Annual Great Cities Symposium with speaker VICTOR DOVER, a nationally acclaimed leader and innovator in city, neighborhood and street design.
Trained as an architect, Victor Dover’s work combines design excellence with professional pragmatism for urban planning projects around the world: revitalizing traditional towns, building iconic new places, designing pedestrian friendly streets and growing neighborhoods..| VIEW FULL BIO |
Scenic Jacksonville’s Great Cities Symposium is an annual program which aims to inform, educate and create community conversations about the vibrancy of peer cities and how Jacksonville can learn from their successes and challenges. The event provides an enjoyable, social evening with an engaging featured speaker and conversations around how we create a more vibrant, successful city for today and for future generations. Cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and desserts are provided by Biscottis.
Prior Great Cities Symposium speakers were Carol Coletta from the Memphis River Parks Partnership in 2025; AG Lafley, former CEO of Procter & Gamble in 2023; Bob Buckhorn, former Mayor of Tampa in 2022; Ron Littlefield, former Mayor of Chattanooga in 2021; and Joe Riley, former Mayor of Charleston in 2019.
